Senior Pastors Dennis & Christine Ryan
Dennis & Christine are the senior pastors and as such offer general leadership throughout the church. As well as preaching and teaching they oversee the following areas:
Worship Ministry
Leading and developing music ministry with a contemporary flavour.
Spiritual Growth
Leading our members to spiritual maturity through Life groups and ongoing training.
Evangelism
Training and opportunities for those who want involvement in evangelism and missions.
Ministry
Ministry training and development as well as ministry placement.
Youth & Children – Christine Ryan
Christine oversees our youth and children’s ministries. She leads our young people in spiritual growth and development as well as providing oversight for team workers
Pastoral Care – Mark & Theresa Dale
Mark & Theresa are leaders over pastoral care and fellowship They are responsible for follow-up, member assimilation and ongoing pastoral care & support.

Leadership training is a priority at TCLC and is ongoing throughout the year.
